Do you use chemicals? We use a non-toxic eco-friendly cleaner for the interior and mild scented conditioners. For the exterior we use a pH neutral wash and no heavy chemicals for wheel cleaning. We are environmentally friendly, as we work outside. :)
Do you work through the winter? Yes, as long as it’s above freezing and the weather is conducive. Sometimes rescheduling may occur due to weather and we do our best to accommodate.
Do you require a deposit when scheduling? No, we do not require an upfront deposit. We just request that you are considerate when canceling or rescheduling. If you do not call to cancel, we will not reschedule you at all. Thank you for the understanding.
Do you do any correctional work? Currently we only offer cleaning. No correctional work or repair work at the moment.
Do you offer specials? Yes, we send them out via email and offer on Facebook when we do promotional posts.
How does your pricing work? The prices listed are just an estimate based off the time it takes me to clean a “standard dirty vehicle”. We have an upcharge of $50/hr if your vehicle is heavily soiled or has a lot of pet hair. Please keep this in mind when scheduling.
Do you have a referral program? Yes! For every five people you refer that book with us, We will do a FREE standard interior clean. Please make sure tell them to mention your name. :)
What forms of payment do you accept? Cash, Check, Venmo, Zelle, and Credit Card. (Credit Card will have a 2.9% fee applied)
